Which package fits your wedding
Up to 80 guests, Wedding S at 200 € is enough: a pair of powered speakers, a mixer and a wireless mic for the MC. Wedding M at 280 € adds two subwoofers, a second mic and uplighting — the usual choice for 100 to 120 guests. Wedding L at 390 € is for a large hall: 15-inch tops, a digital console for a live band and a full lighting rig.

Ceremony and reception are different problems
An outdoor ceremony needs very little gear but needs it to work: one or two speakers and a wireless mic, so the vows reach the back row. There is no room acoustic to help you outside and wind takes the rest. The reception is the opposite — that is where the subwoofer, the second mic and the lighting earn their keep. If the two happen in different places, two smaller setups beat hauling one system across town during the gap.
How much lighting does a wedding want?
The usual approach: warm uplighting around the room matched to your flowers and linens, plus two to four moving fixtures over the dance floor for later in the night. The first dance wants soft light from two sides, not color and movement. Budget for lighting the way you budget for sound — it changes the photographs more than anything else you rent.

Booking a wedding date
Saturdays in season go weeks ahead, so if your date is set, reserve early. How much does wedding sound and lighting cost in Belgrade?

Do you speak English?
Yes, the entire process. Quote, confirmation, delivery, setup and handover all happen in English — which matters more than it sounds on a wedding day, when timing is tight and the venue staff may not speak it.
Do we need separate systems for the ceremony and the reception?
If they are in different places, yes — two smaller setups are easier than moving and re-rigging one system during the gap, and your guests are not waiting on it. Same venue, one system with the speakers placed thoughtfully is usually enough.
How many wireless microphones should we plan for?
Two as a rule: one for the MC and a spare that gets passed around for toasts. More if there is live music or two hosts. Tell us the run of show and we will say how many channels to reserve on the mixer.
Who sets everything up on the day?
We do — delivery, rigging, levels and a working handover. You can also run it yourself; we hand over the gear with cables and explain the signal chain. On a wedding day most couples would rather not, and that is the honest recommendation.
What if the reception runs until morning?
Not a problem. Rental is counted in days from pickup, so a night that ends at 4 am is still one day and you return the gear the next afternoon. Agree the load-out time with your venue in advance so the gear can be packed calmly after the event.
