Sound Equipment Rental in Belgrade
SEVER rents PA systems in Belgrade: powered speakers, subwoofers, digital mixers and microphones. A mixer starts at 15 € a day, a pair of powered tops at 60 €, and a line array at 100 €. Everything is tested before it goes out. We deliver across Belgrade or you pick it up yourself, and billing runs on actual elapsed time with a one-day minimum. How much system does your room need?
Up to 30 people indoors, a pair of 12-inch tops and a small mixer is plenty. For 50 to 100 guests, add a subwoofer — without it the low end disappears the moment people start dancing. Above 120 guests, or outdoors, you want 15-inch tops: outside there are no walls to reflect sound and the wind eats the rest. Not sure? How is the rental billed?
In 24-hour blocks from the moment you pick the gear up, with a one-day minimum. Pick up at 8 pm, return by 8 pm the next day, and that is one day — which suits evening events that end after midnight. From 7 days there is 14% off, from 28 days 25%. The final figure with the discount shows in the cart before you send the request.
Delivery or pickup?
Both. Delivery across Belgrade is the practical option for anything with subwoofers — a powered 15-inch cabinet weighs 25 kg and a full package will not fit in a small trunk. Self-pickup works for smaller sets. We can travel outside Belgrade anywhere in Serbia, quoted separately.
FAQ
Do you speak English?
Yes. The whole process runs in English — the quote, the paperwork, the delivery and the setup on site. You do not need a Serbian speaker to rent from us, and that is deliberate: a good share of our clients are expats and visiting crews.
Is the price per day or per event?
Per day, counted in 24-hour blocks from pickup, with a one-day minimum. A Saturday evening party is one day even if it runs past midnight, because you return the gear the following afternoon. Multi-day rentals get cheaper per day: 14% off from a week, 25% off from four weeks.
What does the price include?
The gear itself plus the cables and stands it needs to work. There is no separate line for consumables. What is not included: an operator, power distribution for large outdoor setups, and transport outside Belgrade — those are quoted per job when they apply.
Do you deliver to venues outside Belgrade?
Yes, anywhere in Serbia, priced by distance and quoted before you commit. Inside Belgrade delivery is straightforward and usually the better choice: a full package with subwoofers is heavy, and load-in through a narrow stairwell is not a job for a rental car.
Can I see the equipment before I book?
Yes — write to us and we will walk you through the exact models and what they look like. For larger events this is worth doing: you learn in advance how much floor space the speakers and stands take, where to put them, and where the cables run so guests do not trip over them.
How far in advance should I book?
Weekdays, same-day pickup is often possible. Fridays and Saturdays in season get reserved a week or two out, so if your date is fixed, lock it early. Send the dates and we confirm availability right away.
