Event Lighting Rental in Belgrade
SEVER rents event lighting in Belgrade: LED uplighting to color a room, moving heads for the dance floor, wash bars and effects. A single fixture starts at 5 € a day, and four to six of them are enough to change how a whole room reads on camera. We deliver, rig and set the look before guests arrive. What lighting can you rent?
LED pars for washing walls and drapes in color, wash bars for even coverage along a wall, compact effects for the dance floor, and moving heads when you want beams that travel. Current items and daily rates:

How many fixtures does a room need?
Uplighting is the workhorse: one fixture roughly every three meters along the walls, so a typical restaurant room takes six to eight. Add two to four moving units over the dance floor for the party half of the night. A first dance wants soft light from two sides rather than color and motion. Photographers will tell you the same thing we do — lighting changes the photos more than anything else you rent.
Who rigs it?
We deliver and set it up, then hand it over working. Fixtures run on DMX, so scenes and colors are set once and left alone for the night — nobody has to operate anything. If your event needs live cues, say so and we will quote an operator.
FAQ
How much does lighting for a wedding cost?
Uplighting for a typical room — six to eight LED pars at 5 € a day each — runs about 30 to 45 € a day. Add a moving head over the dance floor and you are near 75 €. If you want lighting and sound handled together, the event packages on our wedding and birthday pages bundle both at one price, with setup and delivery included.
Do you speak English?
Yes, start to finish — quote, delivery, rigging and handover. No Serbian required.
Can the lighting match our color scheme?
Yes. The LED fixtures are RGBW, so we set them to whatever color you are working with and leave them there. Send a photo of your flowers or linens and we will match it on site rather than guessing from a color name.
Is fog allowed at indoor venues?
That is the venue's call, not ours — many restaurants say no because of smoke detectors. Ask them before you book fog. Beams read fine without it in a room with some haze from the crowd, so it is not essential.
Do you need special power?
For a normal wedding or party rig, no — LED fixtures draw little, and standard outlets handle it. Large outdoor setups are a different conversation: tell us the venue and we will confirm what the power situation needs to be before the day.
How early do you arrive to set up?
Usually two to three hours before guests, more if the room is large or the venue restricts load-in times. Tell us when the space becomes available and when guests arrive, and we plan backwards from that.
